Refund policy

Products can be returned up to 30 days after receipt, subject to compliance with the return conditions. Please note that we do not offer exchanges: returns are only eligible for a refund. If you wish to receive an item again, please place a new order on our website.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be unopened, unused and in the same condition as when received, including in their original packaging and accompanied by all accessories and instructions provided. Do not apply the return label directly to the original packaging, but use a suitable shipping box. Once the item has been checked, we will only be able to process the refund if it is intact and in a resalable condition.

Return and shipping costs

In the event of a complete return within the legal withdrawal period of 30 days, we will reimburse you for the delivery costs of the initial order. However, the shipping costs for the return remain your responsibility. These fees are not refunded. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount. If you are returning part of your order or if the 30-day period has passed, only the amount of the returned products will be refunded, less the original shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the delivery time for an exchanged product may vary. Please consider using a traceable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Gifts and Gift Offers

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit voucher for the value of the returned item upon receipt of the returned item. If a gift was offered based on the amount of your order and you are returning part or all of your order, you can choose to keep the gift, in which case its value will be deducted from your refund. If you do not wish to keep the gift, please include it in your return package and indicate your preference on the return form.

Exceptions: Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened, tried on or used products
  • Quick clearance items with an imminent expiry date*
  • Hygiene products such as opened cosmetics or items in direct contact with the skin (e.g. masks, menstrual products).

*Note: Products with an expiry date of less than one month are not eligible for return. Products with a longer expiry date can be returned within 30 days, provided they are unused and meet the conditions set out above.

How to make a return?

Please contact our customer service to obtain a return label. Place the completed return form in your package, which you can then drop off at the post office of your choice. Be careful not to stick the return label directly on the original packaging of the item and use a suitable box for shipping.

Refund

Once your return has been received and checked, you will receive an email confirmation on the receipt and status of your refund. If your return is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within the following days. Please note that we cannot guarantee the receipt of all returns; we therefore recommend using a traceable delivery method or delivery insurance.
